Concordia Annual Summit, New York

Krystal joined the Concordia Annual Summit in New York during General Assembly week. She was a panelist on "Redefining the Career: Entrepreneurship, AI, and the Future of Work" on the East Stage, and co-led the roundtable "The Brain-Healthy Workplace: Human Intelligence in the Era of AI" with Ian Robertson.

The summit convenes leaders from business, government, and the social sector each September alongside the General Assembly. CCG's contribution ran the operating-strategy thread through both sessions, that the conditions employers create around demands, control, support, role clarity, and change communication are what determine whether an organization builds or drains cognitive capacity.
